Enabling comments for your blog is useful for feedback and interaction. There are benefits for bloggers not just the commentor. For one , comments can help you develop relationships with new clients or just people. If your selling products or services this is a great way , word of month travels fast. Mainly its about interaction , if visitors can leave messages they are more likely to come back to see if they get a response. If visitors cant leave messages then they will most likely not be interested in viewing that post again. There are some reasons why you may want to disable comments. For example if you have posts that may offend someone , or any kind of post that would cause arguments.

For commentors

You can leave a comment at blogs with similar content , write a useful comment with your site url at the bottom . Most blogs have the option to put your site url in a seperate feild but will still be acessable when they click your name. If your not a web site owner , then you can use comments to promote anything else. Just dont spam comments , if your comment looks like spam most likely thats where it will end in the spam box.
