Ideas for you webmasters , everything you wanted to know.

Getting feedback about your site is one of the most important ways to improve your site. Two opinions is greater than one. Getting an opinion about your site from someone who wasnt involved in creating it is important.

How do i get feedback?
There are many forums out there that have a section my website , or review my website. Most webmaster forums have such section. Such as Webmasterforums and WebmasterTalk. When you do ask for feedback provide information such as , what your site is about , who is your target audience and another information that would be helpful. Dont forget to put your link.

Other ways you can get feedback is by asking friends , its simple and you will get a fast reply. I have also seen some site that deal with reviewing websites , some of them will offer free reviews. Others will cost you , but they are complete professional reviews.

What to do with my feedback?

Now that your have received feedback , your next step is translating that feedback into improving your website. You may receive comments that are not that important to your site. Figure out which comments are the most important and act on them. If you are unsure of what a reviewer means , ask questions.

I started creating an account and setting it up.

First you need a Yahoo account to sign up , if you dont have a yahoo account you can easily create on. I made a new account , it doesn’t take long. Once you have created a Yahoo account it will send you back to a sign up to MyBlogLog page. All you have to do is click sign up. Then it will instantly sign you up using your Yahoo account information.

Once all that is done , you should be directed to the page shown above. Thats when you can start editing your account , which i recommend you do first before anything. For those with websites , you can create a community. A community is a place where you can share you website. You can do this by logging into your account. You should be at My Home , once logged in. If not just go to the top navigation and click “My home”

I have added GuruwebIdeas , this is what it should look like once you have added your site. Don’t forget to put in that code it asks you in your tags. Once that is all done you can view statics and add a widget to your site.

Now that everything is set up that i need , i will start figuring out what else i should do to recieve views from mybloglog. Updates will be to come! If you have any questions about this please ask and i will do my best to answer them!
